1. Age Requirements

LetOut is strictly for individuals aged 18 and older. We implement age-gates during registration to prevent minors under the age of consent from accessing the platform.

Account Termination

If we discover that a user under 18 has bypassed our systems, we will terminate the account and purge all associated data immediately.

2. Zero-Tolerance for CSAM

Mandatory Reporting

We have an absolute zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any suspected content is reported immediately to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and global law enforcement agencies.

Permanent Bans

Users who attempt to share, solicit, or link to prohibited material involving minors are permanently banned via Device ID and reported to authorities.

3. Proactive Moderation

Anonymity does not mean a lack of accountability. We use a multi-layered approach to keep minors safe:

Keyword Filtering: Automated systems flag predatory language and bullying before content is visible.
Human Review: Reports flagged as "Child Safety" or "Harassment" are prioritized for manual review within 24 hours.
Internal Audit Logs: We maintain a 2-year history of deleted content to assist law enforcement in safety investigations.

Every confession and comment features a prominent report button for immediate flagging of harmful content.

Identity Protection

Our dual-ID system ensures users remain anonymous to each other, preventing the solicitation of private contact information from minors.

5. Information for Parents

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your child under 18 is using LetOut, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to verify the account and remove it safely.
